Did you ever call a company for service and you are unable to reach anyone? I think each of us has experienced that dilemma. You end up leaving a voicemail, and you never receive a return phone call. Doesn't it seem like no one cares anymore and they are just in their jobs coasting along? It seems like many are doing the bare minimum if that much. There is no accountability. People just push things off until they are ready to deal with them. Most of the time, they just ignore things and never deal with the issues. How many times have you called a business or other entity and have left a voicemail, and never have received a return phone call? I know I spend many days calling the same people over and over again. I just don't get it. Then when you finally reach them, they claim that there is something wrong with their phone or voicemail. Wait...what? Why do they think this an acceptable excuse? I'm sorry, but that excuse is worn out. It's 2017 people; you cannot use that excuse anymore.

As long as we are on the subject of accountability, I might as well cover emails. I can't tell you how many times I have sent an email, and have received no response. As a result, I have to send another email asking for the same information. If I am lucky, I will get an answer at that point. Most of the time, eventually I will receive a response like, "Oh, I'm sorry I never received your email, or it went into my spam folder, or even Oh, I must have just missed it." Wait…what? Again, people, it's 2017; that excuse doesn't work anymore.

I have a few suggestions for everyone when you receive a voicemail; please make every effort to return the call that same day. Even if it is after hours, you can leave a voicemail. As far as emails are concerned, once you read the email, you need to respond with a simple, thank you, I'm working on the issue, I will get back to you, received, or something along those lines. Don't simply ignore the email. That is not proper etiquette. I realize it may take some time to get the information together to answer specific emails. However, you should acknowledge an email. Except of course if it happens to be that little bugger called spam, you may disregard. You see my friend's accountability is everything.

Welcome to my blog. I will have some great information to share very soon.
